      That is some big snapp's and the water conditions looked ideal.

            Nice fish, I could use some fresh snaps too!
            . Before seasons for snapper we used to go South outa the pass 12 miles in the winter and catch huge snapper on whole shad flat lined. The really big fish were always suspended high in the water column.

                    very nice snapper. i need to go bottom-fishin soon. i heard there was a warsaw grouper caught in 55ft of water. i bet the san luis pass rigs are loaded.
