  • Which Rack Carrier Should I Get?

So I have two Tarpon 160's that I am going to mount on top of my car. Does anyone have any experience with these racks?

What are the pro's and con's of each? Which one is easier to load or unload from an SUV?

Thanks for the help! This is the last step before I get onto the water!

Do those skid blocks sit on top of the roof or the roof rack itself?

I started to sit the foam blocks on the roof, and let the kayak rest on the roof rack itslef. Hey U going out this weekend? I might be trying to go Saturday to try out some areas... Let me know

My roof racks can't support two kayaks which is why im getting a new yakima bar and such. I should have the parts and assembled by Thursday. I'll PM you on Thursday night and let you know if i can make it!
