      Just picked one up really cheap.Just want to make sure they are good before I drill all them holes.They look butt kick'n.

        Thats the one I wanted on my Gulf Coast but he does not make them anymore.

            I had Ned build two of them and both were great, was sure scared to drill the holes in the first motor and did not hesitate on the second.

              I got one on my shallowsport and was ready to get rid of the boat before i put it on,,,made the boat 100% better!

                I know lots of time these help, but they also void your lower unit warranty, check with dealer before installing if you have factory warranty. Just food for thought.

                        That might be false...I had Yamaha tell me different...still call and make sure. In a lot of cases it makes the lower unit better. Less cavitation(air bubbles) means less a chance to ruin the housing and seal. Check the manufacterer to be certain!
