Surf Predictions?

So we've got a weaker front moving through H-town right now. Anyone think it will be enough to blow the surf down for tomorrow morning?

Forecasts are saying it will be 3-4', but I don't know if I believe that, especially since they are saying the wind won't switch to offshore until after midnight tonight

It's been pumping SE & SSE for some time now... I bet the waves will still be large, may be okay 400 yards off the beach?

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. The surf is a washing machine right now. Depends on how hard it blows offshore overnight.

I am thinking S. Jetty pocket, but I will only go there early because I ain't paying the troll $9 to park. That's my shrimp allowance.

Even if there is NE windchop, that spot is well protected from it.

I will play it by ear.
