Where do I find those kind of guides and how much is a trip?

The only one I know of by name is Captain Red out of Rockport. The name of his buisness is "Night Stalker" guide service.
Check out his web site, it's really cool.
I am not aware of any licensened Flounder guides on out board but you should be able to find at least 2 guides on the other site.
