I had the pleasure of fish 4 guys out of San Antonio, who work for a large construction company. The wind was 15-25 mph, and the tide was lower than Friday and coming in later than Friday. They tough it out, catching a few small fish through out the day and a few keepers. It seem the diet changed from shrimp to fresh shad, which I didn't have, but we picked up 1 really nice red, a smaller slot, a nice black drum and 2 keeper trout. Several small trout, but just couldn't get the bite going like we did for the last week. Thanks guys for hanging in there and hope you had as great a day as I did. Look forward to having you back again.

Yep, that's why it's called fishing. I had been on fish for over 10 days with not many undersized, but you know how it goes. We saw several nice reds but couldn't get them to bite. Most reds we caught were in less than 18'' of water. 2 guides found a honey hole and got most of theirs between 12 - 1 on shad, in 3-4' of water, go figure!
