  • idle too low

Can someone give me a quick lesson on how to increase the idle on my 92 115hp Johnson outboard? or maybe reference a video link.

Did the idle just start running low? You may have a vacuum leak or trash in the carbs. I would check that out before you start making adjustments.
    Today is a new day!!

Under your cowl look at your carb and on the port side (left) of carb there should be a screw there. There's usually an idle screw that you can turn in & out to adjust what the linkage for the throttle controls are doing when at neutral. You might have to turn it in and out to find the right setting. Just play with that for awhile and you should get it where you want.
