Winds were calm at my house, none of the tree tops where moving. I get to my stretch of water and the wind is blowing around 12knots and has the surface distorted but I was a determined, desperate man. I get in and clairity is pretty good and immediately spy a few fresh keeper beds then bam out of no where my light pattern illuminating the bottom is blocked out by hundreds of small Glass Minnows and the trout are busting them close to me in the deeper water. I go back shallow and the minnows disappear but I least I can see the bottom again and it was in ankle deep water I managed the three keepers. I saw at least 2 that where to close to call and passed them by and maybe 3 more in the 10 inch range. All in all I am satisfied as I haven't had any fresh flounder since last fall. Now it's time to go fillet them out, home made cevechie is on the menu tonight.
                Bonn appetite
