Water in river very nice clear green.
Lots of bait in the water. Saw many finger mullet and shad.
Tide was somewhat down but evidence of previous high tide was tide was very high. If you go down there be prepared to spend all night because you probably can't get out during peak.
Beach is open but not advisable to drive with 2 wheel drive. Several mushy areas as well as high tide water pools along beach so be cautious.
Beach front surf rough to very rough. Color is dirty green.
