Where is the closest Star weigh station for Chocolate? What recogmendations do you have to keep the fish as close to his actual size and weight during transport?

Use a live well. If you don't have one pack fish in ice. Place lots of ice below and on top of your fish.
If you have a fish to turn in the rules state it must be registered within 24 hours of the catch.

Saw 100 + trout off 3 boats this weekend in Wallisville... The trout are in East Bay / Jack's Pocket etc.
