Lower Galveston Bay 08.06.11

The morning started off with SSW winds around 10-12 mph and off-color water. As the morning wore on the wind subsided to less than five mph and the water cleared a bit. Actually turned out to be a beautiful day. It took about 30-45 minutes for the bite to turn on, but once it did the action was steady. Finished the morning around 10:30 with a limit of trout to 21"; all caught wading in 3.5' on croaker.
