I've never been a fan of or impressed with Governor Perry, but then again the governor of the State of Texas is about as useful as "tits on a boar".
His announcement speech really caught me off guard. It was very well delivered and pretty much right on the money issues-wise.
I think he is the only candidate with any balls in the race, except for the two ladies. I also think the Republican establishment wants to nominate someone from the NE ie. Romney or Christie.
My questions is, do you think the US electorate will vote for and elect another swaggering "cowboy from Texas"?
I know he plays well in the South and most of the West, but the opposition and the media will obviously continually compare him to GW, who they have effectively demonized to the greater public.
So what do you think?
