Bacon Wraps

Not a recipe, but just something I found out last time I was making dove and teal wraps so I thought I'd share.

I put them into a fish basket for grilling and it worked out really well. Much easier to flip and less falling-apart. Also lets you remove them quickly in case of a flare-up with the bacon grease so you don't have to waste any of your beer killing the flames

Another thing I've found is that it helps to pre-cook the bacon for a minute or so in the microwave. That way you can cook the bird more rare and still get crispy bacon.
