I don't know who took the picture-probably some TRUE AMERICAN-but I heard that Obama has this in the cloak room of the Oval Office and gets his jollies going in there and keeping up with his desired changes to the U.S. Constitution. I believe he already got away with the natural born citizen requirement to be POTUS.
