Where I work we have a Osprey and I've seen the that eagle snatch a big mullet out of the water and turn the fish head first into the wind just like in that last clip. Sometimes he will sit in a dead tree for hours just staring at the shoreline.
It's always very cool to me see that bird hunting. We also got a huge Owl that shows up at night and I don't mean one of those little burrowing owls, this thing is huge with a deep hoot...that bird is straight up spooky.

Osprey are some awesome fishers, I've seen plenty of them with fish that weigh nearly as mush as they do.
