      inked,

How many filets will this sauce cover or do you just drizzle it on?

I bet if you took out the lime juice, it would be awesome on smoked chicken enchiladas

It will cover about 4-6 depending on size. And I do use it for enchiladas, a type of lasagna, all kinds of stuff. Take out the lime and ad a hint of thyme and sage with parmesan is Insane on a grilled chicken breast.

Yep gonna try it on some fresh fish this week for sure. Fish with sauce over brown rice and asparagus and a side salad. I will report on the taste when I get some fresh fish.

I tried this out with some reds fillets from last night. It was awesome, my 3 year old loved. I just added a little more cilantro to it. Mmmmmmm...

Wow.. Could have used this recipe last weekend.. Made some Fish Tacos with some leftover Whiting.. This would have been perfect to drizzle over the fish. Guess I need to go fishing again just so I can try this out!
