What do you do? I am in the tool rental business. Buy, sell and rent all kinds of tools. Started with tools for working on cars in high school. Got tired of loosing tools to buddies that just needed it for a couple hours. 34 years later I am still making a living from tools.

Commercial / Industrial Real Estate broker. I work on a team with 3 other brokers, we specialize in large land tracts, port related properties, and general commercial warehousing.

I personally like the barge / deep water tracts & crane served product. We've represented many Buyers & Sellers from the entire Gulf Coast on down to the Bahamas. We started a resort development side of our business of course the market crashes a year later. Would sure love to get back down there but I doubt that type of opportunity will come around again, at least not any time soon.

You’re "Scouting for Saturday "thread is what got me thinking about this one, then I talked to another FWE member that also works in the rental tool business. Thanks for the inspiration, it's good to know a little more about others in the saltwater tribe than a made up forum name.
