Typical from this guy. For anyone trying to justify this consider the following:
As Commander-in-Chief he already has these powers for acts of war. As president, he already has these powers in the event of a national emergency. So, now he has the power to seize and control all communications, public and private, without declaring either a war or a national emergency. Under what scenario would this ever be necessary? - I can't think of one.
