Saw the wind blew SW all night but decide to give it a try.. Got to the surf and it was just plain ugly.. saw some ppl trying to wade and when they start jumping as the sets came in i didnt even bother getting out the truck...

Hit the south shoreline of xmas and threw a top for bout an hr with only one blow up.. water was ugly..

Went to the galveston side of SLP and joined the row of waders there and fished the tide coming in.. alot of bait but water again was all stirred up... whole time i was there i didnt see one fish caught. (couple guys complaining about what a crappy day it was)

Home by noon and decided to work on the yard... at least i lost 5lbs in the heat!

Hope others had better luck! Looking at the webcam now and it looks fine out there.

thanks for the report.we fished around access 3 and 4 saturday.WSW wind had it tore up.i managed 1 lady fish and another guy strung a 20 spec.caught on a croaker.i was throwing shrimp
