I had the pleasure of fishing the CCF Tournament again (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation) this year with the same group of guys that I have fished the last 4 years. Dad and son from the Houston area and they are a hoot to fish with. Friday was our day on trout, we had several over 20 to 22 1/2'' good solid fish. But we couldn't get our reds. This is a catch and release tournament with 2 reds and 2 trout per man per day. Saturday the trout were fewer, but we found our reds, we had 6 slots and 10 + undersized to keep us busy. Thanks guys for a great time and thanks to all the hard work from all those behind the scenes who make this a great event with CCF. Look forward to doing it again next year.
