Fished on the 2nd or 3rd bar during the 2cool meeting and caught 1 trout about 17 inches and another spit the hook at me when I went to grab him. My dad also had one spit his hook in his face. All caught on new penny gulp.

I had that happen to me in the surf recently and it hooked me right in the crotch area. Thank god for wading pants

Ouch! I don't know where the hook went when he spit it but I hit
myself in the face with the rod, had my hat on which
slowed it down.
