8/6 and 8/7

we are still picking up a few here and there. i took my friend julie out on thursday and we hit a mid bay reef. she strung 5 really nice trout on a white super spook jr with chartreuse head and i had another on a black she dog w/ the chartreuse head. the bite was over by 9.
steve_a joined us today and we met up w/ ttu wader and hit the same reef but the trout were not biting like yesterday. we picked up a few and moved on to the shoreline and picked up 3 reds. total for today was 3 reds and 5 trout.
