Venison Back Strap Recipe?

Well I just cube steak it out double dredge it threw the flour milk egg deal then fry then make Garvey with the geese ! Hmmmmmm
I also make a mean cranes guisada with it !!!!!!!

Leave it in about a ten inch piece, marinade in italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce for 24 hours and grill it!!! Or fried is the ways i do it

Or butterfly them put cream cheese and a jalapeno wrap that up in bacon, forgot about that one it kicks @$$ !!!
