YES. All migratory birds require a 3 shot max capacity. I used a Yucca stick-makes the GW a little frustrated/mad because it ALMOST holds 3 in magazine, but that 3rd shell just won't fit!! They will take your gun and ticket ya if dove, duck or goose hunting and no plug.
