Me and my bro went camping out on a good spot near the jones bay area and ended up with two awesome reds 27 and 25. We waded the evening with no bites trying everything from plastics to topwaters to live and dead bait. However around 1 am while we were messing with gear and the fire we hear zzzzzz, fish on! (live shrimp on the bottom). The tide was so low that we would walk out about 100 feet and then cast and when i was reeling it in i was dragging it most of the way so it must have came up pretty shallow. After that my brother got his turn and ended up with one too! It was great fishing and was glad the rain missed us!!
