  • White Eggplant

We all seen the purple eggplant most grow or can purchase in the grocery store, but there is a variety of eggplant that is white or really light green almost pale in color that has the best flavor and non-what bitter at all.

My dad used to keep a couple for seed but once he passed away, I have been seedless and only found them once or twice in plants which didn't make it.

Any of you plant them or every heard of any in your area and if you do, got any seeds you might want to spare or sell?

I know most of the seed companies I order from have seed for white versions like burpee and Reimer seeds. The only white ones I've ever planted we really small at maturity .. Maybe a little bigger than egg sized. Very good and prolific just took quite a few to make a meal. I bought that one as a plant at Maas nursery in Kemah/seabrook. They have some awesome heirloom varieties of veggie plants every fall.
    Shut up and FISH!!
