  • Sportsmans Rd 11/1

First time on the water for three weeks due to a full arm cast from my last trip out. Me and the wife launched from the middle sportsmans boat ramp to search out some specks around Confederate. Drifting between the reef and Sportsmans on an outgoing tide in 3-4 ft water throwing Plum/Chart Goober Worms i p/u 4 fat specks from 16-20" Had a couple BIG hits that i missed. Wife p/u 1 really fat 22" off the west end of the reef on a sand eel. My left arm is not up to par (im sposed to be on light duty for three weeks) I had to rig up spinning reels and leave my casters at home so it felt a little wierd. Water was in pretty good shape at 68 degrees. All in all Great to be back on the water.
