Deer, dove, and duck season are coming to a close and let's start thinking fishing. The reds and black drum bite has been good. There are some nice boxes of trout coming in on relative calm days on plastics and sub surface. February brings the bull drum run, March bring in the big sheep head, and the trout bite is usually on pretty steady from there on out. The freezer should be empty of fish so let's put some up.
