  • suggestions or help wading spots

    i got a buddy coming in town that want to go wade fishing and looking for suggestion's for wading that is acessible by truck or he my rent a yak or try and borrow one and help or spots appericated. iwest bay or east bay thanks

    Sportsman's rd is really easy parking and access

    GISP is another good one, but will cost you a bit to enter.

    Backside of SLP would be a great choice too

        Ditto.....I would hit Sportsman's and then maybe GISP.

          If you end up renting a kayak you can give east bay a shot. You can take the ferry and launch at stingarees. Launch from the marina and cross the ICW and you got a whole lot of shoreline to fish

            blue water highway bayside you can reach chrismas bay and many more killer spots from the little dirt roads leading to the bay or seawolf park for 2 flounder

              Pelican island is not to bad,cross the bridge and park at the guard rail.Wade over to the grass beds.I like it at the end of 99th st. as well,Air drive I believe?

                You need 4x4 in order to be safe out at SLP... You can easily get stuck if your not careful or know exactly where your going and what trails to take.
