  • Bisquick & Flounder!

I take flounder filets (2 Whole flounder)

    1 cup of bisquick

    Pepper / Salt / Paprika / Garlic

I rinse the filets in water and pat them dry with a towel. I coat them in egg (2 scrambled eggs in a bowl I coat each filet in this mixture which helps make the batter stick) and then add them to the bag of Pepper, Salt, Paprika, Garlic and Biquick.

Once breaded just toss them into a hot pan with pre melted butter that has been reduced to a good simmer but still very much hot. You can suplimient olive oil here for a more healthier dish.

The flounder take less than 5 minutes to cook and its wonderful!
