Luces tomorrow 2/15

I'll be heading out to Luces tomorrow to try out some jigs I tied for those speckled perch. I'll let y'all know how I do.

It was a grind yet again to find some quality fish. The water has warmed up to a nice 54 degrees, it won't be too long before the fish will be getting up to their spawning grounds.

The fish were still holding in the 14 foot range about 2 to 3 foot off the bottom. Green/chart, black/chart, and black/red were the colors the fish had the most interest in today.

I probably caught 30 fish today and only 10 kept. The hand tied jig put a few fish in the boat, it will probably be more productive once the fish are more aggressive.
