  • Infrared red grill

I have been looking at buying a infrared red grill that does not flare up and burn your food! Does anyone have any input as to which brand etc.

Got a buddy at work that has one and he really likes it. Especially for fish. Not sure what brand it is but I can find out.

I have one at the house and one at the Canal home and they work great. I use it to sear steaks for about a minute per side and then move it to the grill side.., no flare ups. Got both at Home Depot but can't remember the brands.

He has this. I told him he was off his rocker to pay this much for a grill but he likes it.

The one at home looks just like that in except it is set for propane and I paid a little over $600 for it. The one at Bayou Vista is not Stainless and it was under $300 and it doesn't have the infra red rotisserie, only has the side but works fine.

I got this one and it rocks, we use it at the beach all the time. Only negative, hard to clean.
