  • Spring Creek 2/22

I headed up 59 to the west fork of the San Jacinto river and launched under the bridge and went upstream to spring creek.

I was pitching a black/chart wedge tail under a slip cork set at 20" up against the banks. I just flipped the banks with that set up all day around lay downs and feeder creek fingers.

I caught my limit, and they were all ready to spawn. I also caught a few bass as well that I let go.
