    Looks pretty good. The only problem I am having right now is the four Red Fish filets.

    Cooking instructions are wrong in my opinion. The fish is going to cook faster on the tail end, so you need to remove the meat
    from the shell as it gets white. I usually remove the meat in 4 pieces. That way it's not over cooked. When a toothpick slides in and out smoothly it's done.
