Took my FIL to the lease for one of our last weekends (Extended MLD lease). We didn't make it down for the evening hunt friday but the crown and 7 was good by the fire. Well 5A came very early, good coffie, and a heater in the blind. Day break brought in 1 spike and 5 does. 2 shots later 1 doe and 1 spike. Larry had killed a few deer over the years but is not much of a hunter. This was his first buck though. Now all I have to do is put him on something a little bigger next year.
