Got in the boat this morning at 6 to find dead starting battery. So having to switch batteries around to start up the etec delayed me. Pull into greens to find only a few boats and an almost none existent east wind. Night and day from Saturday. Caught a lower slot limit on top. The reds were hitting it like a trout. Just a little splash. You could tell it was reaction bites cause they would run up to it and just swat it. Tried for a plastic bite but one rat to show for it. Felt good to be on the water again. Been off for two weeks due to the flu and moving into a new house.
