Lake Fayette is on fire right now. 40-50 fish days are easy if you follow my tips. From sun up until 8:00ish you want to be throwing Square Bills in 2-5 foot of water around the grassy points. This is still producing large numbers of 3-5 pound bass. After 8-8:30 the bass will move out of the grass and onto the sharp drop offs long the same points. Target the the most irregular drop off areas with the steepest drops. You can catch great numbers on Carolina Rigged Worms in the 3 to 5 pound class. If you are not looking for numbers but want big girls then you want to go with a Football Jig and use a Craw type trailer.
