Made a late afternoon trip Sat (got in the water after 3 pm). Started on mud guts, found lots of drum and sheephead, but man they had lock jaw.
Moved to 2-3' of mud and shell and found the reds along the lip of shell.
Caught 30, mostly in the 17-19" range, but did managed a few keepers and made it back to dock before dark.
Water temp in mid to low 50's, incoming tide, sunshine for 3 days, but cool nights and windy not letting water warm up.
