where to fish and how ???

Yeah guys waz up I am new to the saltwater fishing just moved here from indiana and I was wondering where is a good spot to fish near galveston and what to use and I do not have a boat

Welcome aboard Ryan........There are lots of good areas to walk in in Galveston especially now that it is warming up. There is Seawolf Park, Sportsman's Road, San Luis Pass(be very careful and wear a PFD, can be dangerous at times), State Park, the Surf etc......Do a search from the top toolbar and do some reading as there is a ton of information posted here. You can also read the articles in the news section. There are quite a few written by local guides on this subject.
Go to Academy and buy a top spot map and it shows tons of walk in wading and bank fishing areas.
