Tiki boat ramp

Just a heads up on the old Teakwood Marina boat ramp on Tiki Island. Tried launching there last week but was ran off by the police, they said they could not allow any more boats to launch there anymore. This sucks because its such a good ramp on low low tides and the parking is good. Fat Boys can be tough to launch this time of year so I mainly relied on the Teakwood ramp. The police officer told me that the bank owned the property now and the place was not insured. So they have asked the Tiki police to keep everyone off.

That sucks, when FatBoys was packed and had no parking, that was the place to go.
