Galveston Bay 5/18

I had a tough time getting on fish today with no trolling motor. We pull up to our first spot I shut the motor off go back to my trolling motor and the prop was gone. AAArrrggghhh!!!! Apparently it had slid down in the water as we were driving to the spot and knocked it off. To make things worse the tide and wind were going in opposite directions so drifting was not happening. Needless to say we didnt do very well. We ended with 11 fish today. I had 1 guy throwing shrimp and he caught most of the fish and me and his son threw tops and tails today. Just a tough day. It was probably on like D-kong again but not when you cant move around.

Tough break! Get one for a spare when you replace that one. I bought a spare one on Ebay cheap!! Glad you caught a few anyway!!
