    Well I took the 70 off the boat today and got the 88hp on.Sounds good sitting in the driveway.I need to swap props.The prop is rusted on.Any suggestions.007 you wont run off and leave me anymore.

    Sometimes Automatic Transmission Fluid will penetrate quite well, you might try to douche the shaft and prop with ATF and let it sit overnight. If that doesn't work, it is time for a gear puller.
    Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.

      I just took mine to Mike Hood Marine and had them handle it.

        I found me another motor too Ed.... hopfully I can swap it over sometime next week. The Yammie and controls will be up for sale too.

        That 88 Special is a bullet-proof motor too.....loud and smokey, but reliable.
