TU may have more talent than TECH. But the game is in Lubbock. Home field advantage is worth 10 points (especialy with a sophmore TU qb). I say the Red Raiders win a close one. This not be a offensive shoot out like in years past.

As far as the case goes, I just read something saying it could be six months to a year before a jury hears the case. I think basically if Tech proves they had a reasonable cause to fire leach they pay nothing, if they can't then Leach gets 400k.
