My son and I fished Choc Bay this morning. Kept 4 specks for dinner. We caught and released alot of large sand trout.
Specks were 16"-19" Caught over shell in 3-5 foot of water.
Pumpkinseed with chartruse tail sand eel jr's.

I don't think theres a better place to fish than choc bay this time of the year.

Here at Lutes Saturday every boat but one had fish. The bayou is full and under lights you will wear your arm out. Hope the rain stays away. Gonna be a good tournament on the 23rd. Hope to see the FWE reps out here.
