Anyone have a good drill for developing muscle memory for the double haul?
I have trouble walking and chewing gum at the same time and the double haul is eating my lunch.
I've taken a couple of lessons and practiced alot, but still don't have it. The back cast is not a problem, but I'm the biggest spaz that ever picked up a fly rod on the forecast.
I view it kind of like perfecting a golf swing. Any drills that would help?
