Saw the previous post on kingfish so I had to put this one up.
1. get the pit burning to 400deg.
2. use a cedar board to lay the fish on.
3. cook king fillet on cedar plank for 30 min with lid on.
4. after 30 min remove board and plank
5. throw king in trash and eat the cedar plank
