Went to Seawolf about noon to 2:00 today. Caught nothing. Tried all areas with gulp shrimp looking for flounders. Good incoming tide. Saw nobody catch a flounder, just a bunch of sand trouts and a bull red. Sure were alot of people parked on the side of the road before the park, maybe they did better. They at least didn't have to pay the $12 I did to get in the park. Next time I'm just going to the dike.

You will have much better luck by wade fishing at Seawolf. (I am assuming you were not)
I've fished the run for about 25 years and most times caught plenty by wading unless the water was really off color.
