Went out this morning for a quick wade before the Texans game same as last week. I hit the same spot with 2 buddies and it looks like the flounder were still there. Probably could have scratched out a limit if we stayed longer.. there was a number of missed hook ups and countless throwbacks but we all had plans in the afternoon so off the water by 11. Action was steady which made for a fun day! All caught on gulp new penny and plum/char assassins. Bite was super aggressive so we basically had to set the hook the moment they hit.
