walked in at McCullum park, sucked. left there went to another spot I know, hooked up with 7 top water specs, landed 4, kept 3 because my friend I was with wanted them, then put on brown's broken back floating mullet and about 4 casts later, I am hooked up with a black drum that weighed easily 35lbs. Almost spooled me on my core and green rod. Fought that big nasty for about 30 mins to get that dinosaur in, unhooked the corky and said see ya later. Biggest inshore fish I've ever caught, if it would have been a red that big my day would have been over for sure.
