Well writing this report from my phone. Water was really nice almost too much bait in the water...waded from 8-9:30 am with only two trout...one 13" and one 16" both on the corky fatboy day glo since water was incredibly clear. Chunked every top water in the box and every corky. Released the one trout so he could see some better days!!

Going to seabrook lagoon gonna try for some flounder after lunch. PM if you want to get an afternoon session in.

At least X'd mosquito island off my list for now. Second time I've been out, once with moe once today and both times extremely slow...you learn!

Sorry to hear about MI slow fishing.. Since you were there, the levee straight across from MI is usually worth a look. Caught a lot of nice trout there. Also on the chanel side where the water starts is a good flat to wade.

Hey guys thanks for the tides. I decided to call it early - got too dang hot out and no wind. I'll definitely try the levee next time I head that way thanks for the tip! I saw the opposite side (I guess channel side) was really, really calm. Guess I should have tried that too. Oh well.

And buoy if you aren't burnt out from that tournament I'm down to go out on sunday. Jhua you're invited if you're not utterly exhausted as well as anyone else who wants to join. I can probably fit 3-4 people comfortably.
